Fort Worth Electric, L.P. (FWE) is properly licensed to conduct business as an electrical contractor and electrical engineering in the state of Texas. FWE is a full service company providing commercial, industrial, data cabling, as well as emergency service, service contracts and high-end residential electrical work. Located in downtown Fort Worth, FWE is conveniently situated to serve the Fort Worth central business district and surrounding area quickly.  

FWE's objective is to provide timely, cost effective electrical design, service and construction for our clientele. We offer qualified technicians and staff with experience in all aspects of the electrical installation and service industry. Our goal is to "Know" our customer and their individual requirements and to accurately serve their needs with expedience.

Tracy Aaron, President

Tracy Aaron has over thirty years of electrical experience.  He is responsible for leadership of the project management team and development and implementation of company policies and procedures.  His strong background and working knowledge of current electrical codes enable Fort Worth Electric to be cost effective while maintaining the strictest of electrical safety standards.  Tracy has taught electrical code and compliance and serves on several non-profit boards to include the Better Business Bureau and community service organizations.  Tracy holds a Texas master electrical contractor’s license and is a certified instructor for The State of Texas.  Contact him at tracya@fortworthelec.com.

Sherri Aaron, Vice President

Sherri Aaron holds a state journeyman's electrical license and is responsible for supporting business growth and development, the coordination of all marketing collateral, as well as assisting in the promotion of Fort Worth Electric’s market leadership.  Sherri is the leader in community involvement events for the company and is delighted to ensure that FWE gives back to the community. Andy Bohon, Controller  

Andy Bohon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University and has been with Fort Worth Electric since its inception.  He is responsible for managing accounting activities for FWE, which includes all operational accounting and financial reporting.  Andy has a background in construction and is an asset in the planning and budgeting stage of our projects.  Contact him at andyb@fortworthelec.com.

Bill Brown, Senior Project Manager

Bill Brown has eighteen years of experience ranging from small residential projects to large ground up commercial sites. He holds a state master electrical license and has extensive experience in motor and lighting controls, work which includes training in mechanical systems and refrigeration.He is a certified Light Touch and Lutron programmer. Brad Witt,  Senior Estimator / Project Manager 

Brad Witt holds a state master electrical license and was promoted from within the service department of FWE to the position of Chief Estimator.  He has gained valuable experience in the service department and has established a good working knowledge and rapport with our current customer base. He is certified through Accubid estimating and maintaining current with NFPA. He is also a CE instructor.  Brad has demonstrated a detail-oriented approach to his work that helps him establish the best possible cost structure for our customers while meeting their schedule requirements.  Contact him at bradw@fortworthelec.com.

Dwayne Preston,  Estimator  / Engineer

Dwayne Preston is a licensed professional engineer and has over twenty five years of electrical experience ranging form power plant engineering to transmission grid operations.  He holds a BSEE from the United States Navel Academy and a MS degree from the University of Central Florida in Engineering Administration. He is responsible for the engineering services performed by Fort Worth Electric to include engineering design and review of equipment predictive maintenance analysis performed by Fort Worth Electric (such as Thermograph Scan).  Dwayne is also a member of the Estimating Team helping provide timely and complete estimates in response to our customers needs.  Contact him at dwaynep@fortworthelec.com.

Jeff Rigdon, Warehouse Manager 

Jeff Rigdon was promoted from within the Commercial Division of Fort Worth Electric to the position of Warehouse Manager.  He holds a degree from Texas Community College and brings 20 years of experience in the telecommunication field.  Jeff has proven to be an asset to keep our materials and equipment within budget for our projects.  Jeff maintains close relationships with our vendors and is always diligent in getting the best price.  This allows FWE to stay competitive for our customers.  Contact him at jeffr@fortworthelec.com.
